Employees that stand or walk for long periods of time may develop back and knee problems over time. These problems create an uncomfortable environment for employees and negatively effect productivity. A solution to this problem is Anti-Fatigue matting. Anti-Fatigue mats are specifically designed to provide cushion and support for employees that stand or walk for long periods of time.

These mats are welcome additions for employees on assembly lines, at check out stands, in factories, in trade shows, or any another application that involves constant standing or walking in the same area. Rubber-Cal's Anti-Fatigue Mats are comprised of sponge-like materials that provide the cushion certain employees may require. Protrusions on the bottom of the tiles create air pockets resulting in a bounce like feel when walked upon. Anti fatigue floor mats increase comfort and overall employee productivity and are ideal for environments that require standing for extended periods of time. Anti-Fatigue mats provide a comfortable surface to stand on and reduce stress on joints which makes them great for assembly lines, cashier stations, work stations, and anywhere where lots of standing is required. Standing for extended periods of time places a lot of stress on the back and joints, which in turn causes significant work discomfort. This discomfort can negatively affect productivity because it inhibits employees from working at their full capacity. The resulting decrease in efficiency caused by employee discomfort can be avoided by investing in adequate anti-fatigue matting. Anti-Fatigue mats are great because they are designed reduce joint stress and provide comfort to anyone standing on them.

For work environments that require standing in place for extended periods of time, the Foot-Rest would be a great anti fatigue mat. This mat has a diamond plate design, which increases safety and gives great bounce back support. For assembly lines where a longer anti fatigue surface is required, this mat would be available in an interlocking version that can be connected lengthwise to form a long anti fatigue runner!
