Surface Design:

Our Wide Ribbed Corrugated offers excellent traction and more comfort via its wide grooves and less protruded ridges. The surface is patterned after classic industrial matting and is used where added footing and friction is required. The Wide Rib corrugations or ridges are low profile, and can help define pathways and commercial aisles.

Permanent Installations:

In commercial or industrial areas where traffic is heavy, the Wide Rib Corrugated can be installed with Chemrex® CX-941, a polyurethane based adhesive.

Temporary Installations:

For transient events (e.g. movie sets), this runner product can be held in place with Orcon DS-PS, a double sided carpet tape. The DS-PS, which is applied to the edges and entryways, is an excellent and assertive means to hold the runner down.

Fabric Finish:

The textured fabric finished bottom surface of the runner, adds extra grip in applications where adhesive is not used. Therefore, the rubber runner remains stable and will have less creep and crawl when used without adhesive.

Modular Flooring:

Due to the light-weight nature of Wide Rib Corrugated, this rubber mat can be used in migratory applications such as catered events, construction sites, or temporary office buildings. The rolls or runners can easily be rolled up and stored away. Moreover the rib toothed profile will help alleviate dirt and debris being tracked in modular applications.

Custom Cuts:

This runner is offered in 36 inch and 48 inch widths, and it can be purchased in any length, in half-foot increments up to 50 continuous feet in either dimension.

Cleaning:

The resilient rubber surface resists common liquids and any common commercial or household-cleaning agents can clean the runner. The runner can also be hosed or mopped in outdoor applications.
