Unmatched Durability:

The Elephant Bark Rubber is designed to withstand the most abrasive conditions.  Made from 100% recycled rubber, it is designed for commercial and industrial applications with heavy foot traffic. 

Resilience:

Anti-Fatigue qualities found naturally in rubber are further enhanced by a space age polymer binder used during manufacturing.  Each mat is fabricated from thousands of rubber granules and offers superior underfoot comfort and resilience to cushion the shock from running, exercising, walking and standing.

Permanent Installations

The Elephant Bark Rubber can be permanently adhered to a hard subsurface using Chemrex® CX-941 Adhesive.  The product can be seam sealed to form a water tight surface, which keep accidents on the surface. Installation instructions are available upon request. 

Temporary Installations:

This product is generally heavy enough where its own weight will keep the roll on the ground.  A 10ft length of 3/8" weighs about 80lbs.  In order to keep the edges and entry points from being a trip hazard, double sided carpet tape can be used for a uniform and level installation.

Indoor/Outdoor:

The high content of EPDM, which is a UV stable elastomer, in the Elephant Bark, makes the product an indoor and outdoor mat.

Cleaning:

This product can be cleaned using any everyday household cleansers or cleaning implements.  Indoor cleaning involves a broom damp mop or vacuum cleaner.  Outside, a water hose, leaf blower or broom is sufficient.  If desired a mild detergent can be used to sanitize the surface.

Made in the USA:

This product is completely produced in the United States. Unlike most other matting, it is 100% domestic in nature.

Recycled Product:

This product is made from recycled tires. Waste tires! Over one quarter of them currently end up in land fills.  What better idea than converting these same old spent rubber tires into a surfacing product to beautify any application! 

Custom Cuts:

The Elephant Bark can be purchased in any length, it is custom cut at no extra charge.  It is available in 48" widths, however, the length is a function of your needs and requirements.  Just tell us what lengths you need!
