What are your business hours?
Our business hours are 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Although, will-call and or delivery hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
How do I place an order?
All orders are placed either by phone or by fax via purchase orders. In the U.S., please call us toll free at 1-800-370-9152, between 7 a.m. 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. International inquiries are made by calling 714-772-3000 or via fax 714-772-3088. Otherwise, any prospective firm can use our online ordering page to submit an order.
Are samples available?
We understand there are times you are not quite sure what you need. Having something you can see and feel can help you make better informed decisions. Samples are available for most products. Please note that most samples are credit card sized cut products (e.g. sheet rubber is in 2" x 3" pieces) for the ease of shipping. However, larger sized samples are available upon request, given that a perspective firm is willing to either pay for shipping charges or use their Fed Ex Account to ship the product. NOTE that specific gauge and or size of any material cannot be requested as samples. Our samples products are cut out of random stock and sizes are arbitrary.
How long does it take to receive a sample?
Our samples are shipped by U.S. Postal Service and since we are in CA, products shipped to the East Coast, could take up to one week to reach their destination.
Can I get samples faster?
Samples can be shipped by Fed Ex Express, given that a prospective firm is willing to either pay for shipping charges or use their Fed Ex account to ship the product.
What are your credit terms?
Upon the approval of credit, open account terms are 1% 10 DAYS net 30 and past due thereafter. Delinquent accounts at 60 days will be placed for collection. A 1-1/2% per month (18% yearly) finance charge will be made when past due.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, most debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, all American Express cards as well as Discover Card.
Do you sell small pieces of rubber products?
Yes, a good portion of our sheet goods and matting line are available in lineal footage and sizes as small as 36" x 12".
Do your rubber products smell?
Yes, unfortunately smell is a natural feature of rubber. However, some of the rubber scent will dissipate with time and some of the scent the clients get accustomed to, since a lot of the above depends on the sensitivity of the clients It should be noted that sense of smell is heightened in some individuals and we can not assess any one person's reaction to the smell of a rubber product. Old wive's tales such as coffee grinds left over night on the surface of the product have been disseminated in the industry; however, we are not big proponents of wasting a good latte.
Can you customize products to my needs?
Yes, absolutely. Sheet or rolled rubber products can be slit down from their original stocked 36" or 48" widths down to any required width. So for example a 36" wide roll can be cut into any widths shorter than 36", like 12" wide rolls. Moreover, if wider rolls are required, depending on the product most sheet goods would be available in rolls wider than 48", our Z-Grip is available in widths up to 102" wide. We can also fabricate any product from rubber sheet goods. In addition to hand fabrication, this product can be fabricated using laser, die, and water-jet cut. Please submit your drawings for a price quote.
Moreover, we can mold, extrude or calendar any product based on your specifications. Bear in mind any of the latter are costly ventures and are only sensible when a significant amount of product is required.

Do you sell short lengths of hose?
Yes, a few of our duct hoses are available in sections as short as 5 feet. However, most hoses are sold in full lengths only. You may access our "hoses sold in short sections page" here.

How quickly are products shipped?
Most stocked orders are filled within 24 hours. We do our best to provide you with fast and efficient delivery.
Because we inventory all popular sizes and styles of products, shipments in as little as 24 hours are available to help you through an emergency. By providing them with quality products, factory support, and field assistance, we help them serve you.
How much does shipping cost?
All shipping costs are weight and zip code dependent, which means you would have to tell us what products you require and where we would ship the product to, and generally our staff can offer a firm shipping quote during a phone conversation.
How are products shipped?
Depending on size and weight we would use a variety of carriers, in order to minimize shipping costs incurred to our customers. Most small packages are shipped via Fed Ex Ground, if express delivery is required, then Fed Ex Express (air services: one day, two day or three day) is used.
Heavy (150 lbs. or more) or oversized shipments nationwide are made via Dotline Transportation, Yellow Freight, Old Dominion, while on the West Coast we use Best Overnite Freight,.
