Rubber Matting and Flooring
We offer a complete line of rubber mats which include green and recycled matting products for virtually any and all applications. Our Rubber Matting and Flooring line is a cost effective, warm, resilient, comfortable and durable alternative to hard and cold surfacing. Rubber-Cal products are used in applications such as commercial food & beverage locations, industrial drainage mats, commercial fitness flooring, home use gym mats, pet care facility floorings, playground surfacing, and many more.
Industrial Sheet Rubber
We carry a complete line of Sheet Rubber for sealing, protecting and cushioning. Rubber-Cal guarantees that our line of products will have uniform cure, smooth finish, longer lengths, wider widths and consistent gauge. We stock a variety of virgin rubber products such as Neoprene, Skirtboard, EPDM, Cloth Inserted sheet rubber, White Nitrile, Buna-N, and a variety of Silicone products. Our recycled rolled rubber products are available in widths as wide as 102 inches and in a variety of surface finishes.

Pavement Maintenance Parts:
We produce and stock a complete line of Street Sweeper Wear Parts for Tymco, Schwarze, Elgin, Broom Bear, Masco, Nitehawk and other street and parking lot sweeping equipment. We serve the entire 50 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico. In addition we will fabricate any rubber part for any street sweeping or snow plow machine. Our Rubber or Polyurethane snowplow blades are designed to fit any machines which use steel blades. Flexible blades made from rubber or polyurethane conform to road surfaces, minimize road damage, protect airport runway lights and highway lane markers and do not cause sparks.
Custom Products, Cutting, Fabrication and Slitting:
We offer custom fabrication of sheet rubber parts and products based on your specifications. Whether it be molded, extruded or hand fabricated, all we would need are your blueprints.
If any of our stocked sheet rubber rolls are not your desired widths, we would happily offer slitting services down to any required width, anything from 3/4 inch wide and up. We also offer die, water-jet or laser cutting services to meet your exact gasket or seal specifications. Just give us your dimensions and we will produce the part to your specs.
Woodworking Belts
At Rubber-Cal we specialize in the production and installation of rough top belts for your wide belt sander. We offer three varieties of Woodworking Rough Top belts specifically produced for your machines. Rough Top Nitrile, Pure Gum, and Carboxylated Nitrile belts each offer distinct features, which fulfill the needs of every woodworking application. Every belt is made to your specifications, every time. We can turn around all custom orders in 24 hours for mechanically laced products and 48 hours for belts vulcanized endless.
