Skirtboard is a sturdy sheet product designed for use as conveyor skirtboard or belt wiper.

Blend of SBR/GUM.

Chemical Resistance:

Good resistance to Ethanol, Formaldehyde, Glycerin, Sea Water, Boric Acid, and Chlorine Solutions. Not suited for use with Oils, Fuels, Solvents, or Hydraulic Fluids. For Skirtboard's compatibility with your specific medium please consult a Rubber-Cal representative.

Flexibility:

This hard durometer (65-75) sheet rubber offers limited pliability and elasticity.

In addition to hand fabrication, this product can be fabricated using laser, die, and water-jet cut. Please submit your drawings for a price quote.

Our 725 PSI tensile, Rubber Snowplow Blades exhibit good abrasion resistance, can handle a broad temperature range, and have outstanding resistance to most chemicals, ozone, sunlight and adverse weather conditions.  Our 725 PSI Rubber Blades are the cost effective alternative to a more abrasion resistant 1500 PSI Rubber Blades and Polyurethane Cutting Edges.
* Rubber is less damaging to road surface like concrete, asphalt, brick and cobblestone.
* Rubber cutting edges are an excellent choice for non-commercial plows.
* Rubber cutting edges are less likely to rip out or damage submerged lighting.
