At Rubber-Cal we specialize in the production of rough top belts for your wide belt sander or planer. We offer three varieties of Rough Top belts specifically produced for your machines. Rough Top Nitrile, Pure Gum, and Carboxylated Nitrile belts each offer distinct features, which fulfill the needs of every woodworking application.
There is never a need to request an expedited order, all custom orders placed before noon are shipped within 24-48 hours (i.e. fabrication time). Mechanically laced belts are shipped the next day and we guarantee a problem-free belt. All of Rubber-Cal's "Rough Top" Belts are cut & made to your exact specifications, hence we do require detailed dimensions of your belt. The workmanship on either the mechanical joints (laced) or the vulcanized joints are guaranteed for one year.
